Buying a home is not without its’ anxieties and Mark was understanding and offered us the support to get through those stages. Mark was very helpful in helping us decide on when to put our property on the market, and arrive at a listing price, and understand how much to clean out the property, as we were offering to sell it furnished, if desired. We sold our property in January, at a time when we were going to be out of state, and were not planning to return to the area while it was on the market or for the closing. Mark took care of a lot of little final details that were really above and beyond what was required, or what services real estate agents usually provide. In addition, he was always very pleasant, helpful and respectful in our dealings with him, and with the process. Our property sold very quickly in the middle of the New England winter, thanks to Mark’s expertise.
